I believe that there is no one specific diet or plan that works for every person. The method used to help my 25 year old child-free client is likely not the one that will work for my 35 year old mom of two. I’m not in the business of telling you what to do, but rather working jointly to find what will work best for you and your unique lifestyle.
Integrative
A diet that completely uproots your entire life is likely not the one that will last. My goal is to come up with a plan that fits into your current lifestyle as seamlessly as possible. I’ve found that the smallest changes end up being the most impactful and sustainable. We’re playing the long-game here!

I love to go over this on a call, because there’s truly so much that goes into 1:1 coaching. However, here’s a general overview:
24/7 contact with me via text (yes, even weekends)
Weekly check-ins with video recorded feedback OR the option to do a zoom call
Detailed data tracking via Google sheets
Personalized nutrition plan with adjustments whenever necessary
Constant support, guidance, and education so you can continue this lifestyle for years to come all on your own <3

1:1 Nutrition Coaching is $250/month.

There’s a 3-month minimum commitment for initial 1:1 coaching clients. This gives us time to get to know each other and experiment with different techniques to find what works for you and your lifestyle. After that, you can decide to continue for another 3+ months, or not!

1:1 Nutrition Coaching is currently my only offer. However, if it’s out of your budget but this is something you REALLY want, reach out anyways and we might be able to work something out.
